i’ve read the forums/faqs, but cannot figure out how to force JBW to bid NOW? is this possible? thanks.

Topic: JBidwatcher Help / error 407: proxy problem

JBW 1.0.2, WinXP via Squid. All of a sudden, cannot now snipe. JBW logs in to ebay.com.au fine, updates auctions etc. but up in the top right corner is “Not logged in…” – Unable to tunnel through proxy. Proxy returns “HTTP/1.0 407 Proxy Authentication Required”
my settings have not changed. my username/password are correct. i have successfully used this system for hundreds of snipes, until now. my prospective auctions are all listed accurately, however i noticed tonight that my snipe didn’t go off. the squid logs just say “error 407” or somesuch. i am not running a local/Windows firewall. i don’t understand how JBW can get all of my auction info correct but still can’t log in for sniping? it just doesn’t seem to make any sense. thanks for listening :-)
