How do I set it to only add what is on my watch list? Must be right in front of my nose huh? :)

Never had that problem and I specialise in odd problems
Maybe best to go back to basics and have a look at everything
Reboot the pc, assume you’ve done that. Check the O/S is behaving, run only JBid, make sure the virus software is behaving, see what Task Manager says about anything else running
Click on everything in JBid and check the settings
