Gee, it seems all I do is post complaints here…but I’ve tried to use JBW several times and I’m foiled each time.

The latest problem is with multisnipe. When the time came to fire the snipe, it did nothing…and a look at the Info had a message about a previous bid in the multi group had not been updated, thus it refused to fire.

First, it wasn’t at all obvious what previous bid supposedly hadn’t been updated. They looked good to me. Second, why wait until the last few seconds to tell me this?? Like the bad password problem I posted about earlier, maybe I’m doing something wrong, but this sort of thing can and should be discovered long before the snipe tries to fire.
