Hi, One other thing I did notice this morning, while trying to work out the problem, was that javaw.exe was invoked and this was hogging a fair amount of the processor time (> 10%). This appears to be linked to JBidwatcher but I did wonder if it might be advisable to shut this off after five minutes of so, if it was a continued error and simple report this. With thanks. |

p.s. Things are still a bit rough for me; I’ve been getting by though, thanks to donations from my amazing users (that’s YOU!) Well I for one am very happy with this program, and appreciate the speed in which bugs are being rootled out and exterminated! I hope my small donation (just made) encourages you to continue. I would also not be adverse to paying a small annual fee to ensure continuous maintenance, if that were ever proposed. |

Hi Morgan, Just tried again – dragging the thumbnail image, and then choosing ’Paste Auction causes the grey dialog box to appear, which is possibly associated. It only appears to let the thumbnail be dragged across. Thanks – pressing ‘Enter’ did the trick :-) David |

Hi all, First time user, and I’m impressed with the program – also the thriving forum community, which inspires confidence when there is a problem! One thing is causing a problem ATM: dragging a listing from the eBay browser window (Google Chrome) onto JBidwatcher. This has caused the following reactions: 1. Nothing happens (but the mouse icon does revert to show the ‘+’ sign when dragged.) 3. Yesterday I received a different problem where a grey dialog box appeared behind the window, stretching the entire height of the display (1050pixels) with, what appears to be, some MS coding. The program refused to do anything but, like point 2 above, I had to resort to shutting it down and restarting. I can easily copy and paste item numbers, which is OK. A minor problem that only deserves low priority :-) David |
