Sometimes it would necessary to mark, by hand, some items as bought by me: it would be very nice to have this option with, also, the possibility to write the price. |

Hello Morgan, so long time later… (I had many bug with pre5) This is my first bug for pre6 : I place a bid on a “buy it now”, I try 2 times and got this error each time : ====== Events Sun May 09 21:01:38 CEST 2010: Purchasing apparently failed for an unknown reason. Check the auction in the browser, to see if it went through anyway. (2) ====== So I buy it directly on Ebay and find perhaps the explanation (?) : Hope this help |

I have the same problems on Linux and have also a very, very large old database. Already he has found some SQL problems. Just a little patience ;-) |

Hello Morgan, Its done, sent to your email address (Top result : 99% CPU used by Java/Jbidwatcher, error.23.log and derby.log). Ask if you need more or to do some tests/debugs. Hope this help. Many thanks for your job. |

Hello Morgan, Bouuuu :-( This version is absolutely unusable for me :-( Hours for “importing complete listing” in the Derby IBM/Apache database (more bad than sqllite :-( ) All my computers are kneeling in front the “God” Jbidwatcher ;-) (XXX per cent CPU always used by Jbid). And so on :-( PS : working with Ubuntu Intrepid, using : “java version 1.6.0_10” |

First happy new year to all ! A long time later : Yes Morgan you are right, of course we have the same problem in France, if the bid is without Paypal, impossible to add it in Jbidwatcher, its a pity but its not all. So i did a test which explains some “mysterious” problem i got with some bids (outside Jbidwatcher). On a French bid without paypal payment I have modified the address, replacing “cgi.ebay.fr…” by “cgi.ebay.com” and we get a very bad/wrong message : ============================== Unfortunately, access to this particular item has been blocked due to legal restrictions in some countries. We are blocking your viewing in an effort to prevent restricted items from being displayed. Regrettably, in some cases, we may prevent users from accessing items that are not within the scope of said restrictions because of limitations of existing technology. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, and we hope you may find other items of interest on eBay. Thank You. Hit the return button to return to the previous page. Of course no problem/message if the item can be payed using Paypal… PS : In some of your post, here, you speak about a beta9, where is it ? |

@tortug1000 : sorry, it seem not to be a linked Paypal problem. In France the problem is the same, paypal or not (and I think the problem is not here… with/without Paypal, its surely a false logical solution ;-) ) |
