same here on MacOSX Version 2.1.4.1-1-gaed8bd8, short time login then crossed, though Test is successful.
Some auctions can’t be added, some show yellow warning triangel and don’t refresh the shown price even if it was set by a bid from JBW (that seems to come through for some strange reason … bad

…wow, feels much better now with 2.1.3pre3-1-g8b26d9f on MacOSX 10.4.11 2×1,3GHz G4 with 1,5GB RAM.
CPU use is getting down to <10% after the startup periode, menu and right click doesn’t force me to wait for minutes as in 2.1.3pre1.
Pic popups are responsive again.
After 4 Minutes physical ram use is still slowly climbing up (now 209 MB) and responsiveness is suffering a lot when switching from current to complete or any other folder (even when switch back and forth seconds ago) , rushing up to >80% CPU use while doing that ….

But it is a great relief auctions can be changed and shown again now without waiting!!

… my main problem now is: JBW is in coma state most of the time, clicking somewhere doesn’t show reaction for centuries (mean: a time so long you might have forgotten on which of your actions it does react when it’s finally waking up for seconds …)
Sad, and a behavior former versions didn’t suffer from.

another strange behaviour on 130453708414 (Cheri Guitar from Austria)
started with “1 Euro OR FP 250 Euro”, JBW showed just €250.00(FP)
after I was bidding 1 Euro via browser, the FP remained, though JBW recognized me as the highest bidder (blue auction name, checkmark in “status”, full name in “high bidder”)

the FP bug still happens after(!) auctions are completed.

just tried to bid (only chance “buy”) a null(FP)-auction, now JBW is getting cynically “You cannot purchase this item, it is not a Buy It Now item” harharhar :-(

“wake for network access” will most probably not include the internet connection (because there is no action caused by an external source)

… I guess it is rather a bay issue than one system related. I watched it switching from FP to normal auction, each time I startet JBW. Now it seems to be stable since yesterday, fortunately in the correct status. I saw simliar behavior reports on the bug report site.

The system running is JAVA 1.5 :-D … as on most platforms, that don’t run 1.6. So the chance, that an error is related to the OS (Windows, Linux, MacOS) is quite small, if it is auction handling that fails.

My computers are running on MacOS 10.4.11. No system changes or updates during the time when JBW changed its behavior.

first saw it two days ago, now it seems obvious: every second time I start 2.1pre8-0-g1a6aac8 (2.1.1, which I tried in between, does the same)
normal auctions are shown as FP, no sniping possible (when sniping hasbeen set in the session before, the cancel sniping option is available)

…ooops, all auctions are there but only visible when selected … first thought was background could be responsible, but deleting it (after deleting the colour number first without success) didn’t change it (MacOS X 10.4.11)
