iPhone App

Anyone else keen on an iPhone version of JBidwatcher? |

Greetings, Actually, I say that jokingly, but I do have plans for a web app that would let you choose to control and monitor your home JBidwatcher through a web page, and I could theoretically make that page work on an iPhone as well. — Morgan Schweers, CyberFOX! |

Cool. Fingers crossed. I have a couple of other things I would like to see: 1. The ability to ‘sync’ more than one copy of JBidwatcher between more than one computer; |

Greetings, The second is more troublesome because JBidwatcher already uses color for many purposes. So if you made the background red, then for items which had bids (but you’re not the high bidder on), the title text would vanish. If you made the text red, you wouldn’t be able to tell at a glance that it has bids, at least by color. You can already make the item number bold, if that helps any, by writing a comment about the item. — Morgan Schweers, CyberFOX! |

Put me down in the iPhone column. A website geared toward smart phones would suffice, but an iPhone App would be better. |

That would be awesome, cuz right now I have to keep my mac on all the time! |
|
|
Ohhhhh, that would be absolutly GREAT!!!!!! :) but please via App Store and NOT Cydia…. PLEASE!!!!! |

Greetings, ...I just have to learn Objective C. :) — Morgan Schweers, CyberFOX! |

Add me to the list. I would gladly pay for a JBID APP on my iPhone. Even if it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles. Basic sniping functions and I’d be happy. |

I just got an iPhone two days ago. An iphone app would be great, but a simple backend is all you need. Like uTorrent. Then you could make an “iPhone App” that is nothing more than a shortcut to the backend web app. Just a thought. The user could do that themselves. But the ability to remote in would be useful to everyone, not just us lucky few. Thanks again. Sean Chase, SeanOTheDed |
