I just now fired it up (Linux, using the .jar) and it seems to be fine. MOST notably it displays the Time Left properly. 1.0.3pre2.jar had been working fine, and one instance of it I use started displaying N/A on the time left (or custom column for End Date was the same).

The instance that stopped displaying time was on a work laptop, the one that continues to work is at home. I haven’t tried bringing the laptop home to see if the difference in connection somehow had something to do with it. Both used to work, one stopped. The laptop is running Sidux, 2.6.24 and is upgraded frequently. The one that still works is on Fedora 4, obviously not updated in a long time.

However, the 2.0 Alpha seems to be displaying the time right off (on the Sidux laptop). The increased size does not bother me. It’s still tiny compared to most apps. I have not yet compared the memory usage of them.

Looks good so far!

Greetings,
Thanks Frank! That may be the key point I needed to know; I’m bundling some 3rd party native code with JBidwatcher, but it’s possible that it’s not Universal, in which case that would be the problem. I’ll investigate more…
