Have you looked at the error log, and the activity log? they show you what Jbidwatcher was doing. If you can’t work it out, put the logs on a message here for us to look at…

Hi!
I’ve got the same problem.
The bid was at 15,5, my snipe was 25.
But I loosed the bid:

The error said that I’ve made a previous bid, but no! (and if it was real, i would have win the bid :-( )

Sorry for my bad english

mmmhhhh…. Very Strange
half an hour later, I’m the winner of the bid….

I’m happy, but i’ve got to be careful next time , because i’ve made a multisnipe and the other bids are still running…

Greetings,
The other multisnipes are running because JBidwatcher didn’t recognize that you were the high bidder at the end of the auction.

Please go to the open ticket on this problem and add the files from your auctionsave directory 170302186344.html.gz and 170302186344.html.gz~ ? Your auctionsave directory depends on your OS. On Windows, it’d be at C:\Documents and Settings\{username}\.jbidwatcher\auctionsave, on Linux it’d be ~/.jbidwatcher/auctionsave, and on Mac OS X, it should be at /Users/{username}/Library/Preferences/JBidwatcher/auctionsave.

I could really use those files. You’ll have to attach one per comment to that ticket.

I have some auctions I have won sitting in my ‘completed’ field in red without green ticks.

When I looked at them they were auctions which the seller had marked as ‘private bidders’ and the winning bidder field was ‘unknown’…
